With a calibration that is optimised to hardware you would find an 8v engine historically will have high torque from low in the rev range. Unless you have the address files for a digifant 2, you are really ****ing in the wind in terms of "gains".īurning someone else's chip file is not really the intelligent way of improving your custom engine's performance. I do not believe there is one spark calibration either. In VW digifant 2, the most important tables i.e, spark cals are on the motorola CPU cache.
